Golgothan Remains is a death metal band formed in Sydney, Australia, in 2015. The group emerged from the local underground scene, releasing a self-titled demo in 2016 before issuing their debut full-length, Perverse Offerings to the Void, in 2018. Their discography continued with the 2022 album Adorned in Ruin and the 2024 mini-album Bearer of Light, Matriarch of Death. In 2026, the quartet released their third full-length album, Born from Darkness Absolute, via Dark Descent Records. The band's sound incorporates elements of blackened death metal, often drawing on themes related to religious imagery and folklore. They have performed alongside acts such as Dead Congregation and Concrete Winds.
