Exhumer
About Exhumer
Formed in Italy in 2004, Exhumer is a brutal death metal and grindcore band focused on themes of gore, pathology, and sickness. The group gained underground recognition with their 2008 debut full-length, Bloodcurdling Tool of Digestion, released via Despise the Sun Records. The band has continued to operate within the extreme metal scene, later signing with Comatose Music for the 2013 release of their follow-up album, Degraded by Sepsis. Their sound is characterized by guttural vocals and a focus on technical, high-intensity death metal arrangements.
