Disinter

About Disinter
Formed in Chicago in 1990, Disinter is a long-standing American death metal band. Over more than three decades, the group has maintained a consistent sound characterized by aggressive blast beats, complex guitar work, and themes centered on death, hell, and the occult. While the band has undergone numerous lineup changes since their 1997 debut full-length, Desecrated, guitarists Mike “Bats” Martocci and Mike LeGros have remained central figures throughout their history. Their discography includes several studio albums, such as 2004’s As We Burn, which features a blend of death metal intensity and technical precision. The band continues to operate as an active force in the extreme metal underground.
