About Vile Desolation

Vile Desolation is a brutal death metal trio hailing from Indonesia. Comprised of vocalist Yudha Dwi Setyawan, drummer Rama Maulana, and multi-instrumentalist Hendika Dwi Prasetyo, the band focuses on themes of insanity and psychopathy rather than traditional gore. In 2026, they released their debut full-length album, Annihilating the Consciousness, through Comatose Music. Recorded at Endless Gruesome Studio, the ten-track release is characterized by heavy, aggressive guitar tones and a relentless percussive assault. The band's sound has been noted for its technical intensity and psychological lyrical approach, establishing them as a significant new entry within the extreme metal landscape.
