Sempiternal Dusk is a death/doom metal band from Portland, Oregon, established in 2011. The group is known for a mid-tempo, heavy sound characterized by crushing, repetitive riffs and a despondent atmosphere. Their discography includes the self-titled full-length Sempiternal Dusk (2014) and the follow-up album Cenotaph of Defectuous Creation (2019). The band's compositions often feature long-form song structures and a focus on sonic intensity. Members of the project have been active in various other underground metal acts, including Nightfell, Shroud of the Heretic, and Weregoat.
