About Crawling Through Tartarus
Crawling Through Tartarus is a deathcore band based in Southern California, formed in 2019. The group incorporates themes of Greek mythology into their music, focusing on narratives of gods and ancient lore. Their sound is characterized by heavy-hitting riffs, brutal breakdowns, and dynamic percussion. Following the release of their 2022 EP, Libations, the band issued their self-titled full-length debut album in 2024. The quintet’s musical style straddles the line between contemporary death metal and deathcore.
