About Zygoatsis

Formed in Bangkok, Thailand, in 2003, Zygoatsis is a black and death metal band associated with the Siamese Brutalism collective. The group is known for its aggressive musical style, which incorporates hyper-fast drumming, dual vocal approaches, and war-themed aesthetics. Their lyrical themes focus on Satanism, anti-Christianity, blasphemy, and war. The band's primary full-length release, S.K.U.D. (Satanic Kultus - Unholy Desecration), was originally issued in 2011 and features contributions from members of Surrender of Divinity. The album has seen multiple reissues, including a 2025 edition.
