Gorrch

About Gorrch

Gorrch is a black metal duo from Cavaso del Tomba, Italy, formed in 2010 by brothers Droich (guitars, bass) and Chimsicrin (drums, vocals, keyboards). The band has maintained a low profile, characterized by rare live performances and an emphasis on their recorded output. Their discography includes several EPs and full-length albums, culminating in the 2026 release Stillamentum, issued via Avantgarde Music. Produced by Andrea Petucco, the album features a sound defined by dissonant chord structures, tremolo-picked riffs, and atmospheric, claustrophobic textures. The project is noted for its focus on ritualistic themes and a raw, emotive approach to extreme metal.
