About The Wretched End

The Wretched End is a Norwegian extreme metal band from Notodden, formed in 2008. The group’s musical output has evolved from an initial death and thrash metal foundation toward a blend of death and black metal. Their lyrical themes focus on the apocalypse and social issues. The band released their debut full-length album, Ominous, in 2010 through Nocturnal Art Productions, with worldwide management handled by Candlelight Records. They have continued to record and release material, maintaining an active presence in the Norwegian metal scene.
