About Deitus

Formed in York, United Kingdom, in 2004, Deitus operates as a black metal entity dedicated to uncompromising sonic terror. The band maintains a stable three-piece core, drawing stylistic influence from artists such as Dissection, Slayer, and Bathory. Their discography includes the studio albums Acta Non Verba (2016), Via Dolorosa (2018), and Irreversible (2023), all of which have seen subsequent reissues in 2025. Known for a visceral approach to the genre, the group has cultivated a reputation for intense live performances across international stages.
