Morfin

About Morfin

Morfin is a death metal band formed in 2010 in California. The group, which originated in Pico Rivera before relocating to Los Angeles, explores lyrical themes including life, gore, dreams, and death. Their musical style is characterized by classic death metal influences, often compared to the early sound of Death, with occasional d-beat passages and a focus on straightforward, mid-tempo arrangements rather than constant blast beats. The band released their debut full-length album, Inoculation, in 2014, followed by the 2017 release Consumed by Evil. Morfin remains an active project within the United States extreme metal scene.
