Sadistik Exekution

Formed in Sydney, Australia, in 1985, Sadistik Exekution was an extreme metal band known for a chaotic, frenzied approach to death and black metal. The group maintained a sporadic recording and performance schedule throughout their primary active years, which spanned from 1986 to 2004. Their discography includes the 1994 release We Are Death... Fukk You!, a title that originated from a message the band scrawled on their master recording to reject the black metal label in favor of death metal. Characterized by a non-conformist attitude and intense, unpredictable live performances, the band officially disbanded in 2004, though they reunited for a single performance at the Australian Heavy Metal Awards in 2009.
