Dead World

Dead World was an American industrial death metal project formed in 1991 by Jonathan Canady, Kevin Kopp, and Greg Knoll. The band debuted in 1992 with the release of the album Collusion, which compiled their early demo material. Following the departure of Knoll and subsequently Kopp, the project continued under Canady as a solo endeavor, eventually releasing the 1996 album Thanatos Descends. The band's sound is characterized by its fusion of industrial elements with extreme metal. Following the dissolution of Dead World, Canady pursued other musical projects, including Deathpile and Angel of Decay.
