Filthyland

Formed in 2022, Filthyland is a Chinese black metal project known in their native language as 秽土. The band explores themes of death, apocalypse, and anti-cosmic Satanism through a raw, aggressive sound often categorized within the black and death metal spectrum. Initially associated with the Circle of the 4444 Reich, the group distanced themselves from the collective in 2024. Their discography includes the demo Filthy Land Massacre (2022), followed by releases such as Stillbirth of Light (2025), Antihuman.Antichrist.Berserker (2025), and Blackened Rites of Dismembered Saints: Abyss-gazed Apocalypse (2026). The project currently operates as an active entity, maintaining a focus on bleak, post-apocalyptic imagery and uncompromising extreme metal aesthetics.
