Valdrin

Formed in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2010, Valdrin is a melodic black metal project known for its exploration of science fiction, mythology, spirituality, and death. The band has released several full-length albums, including Beyond the Forest (2014), Two Carrion Talismans (2018), Effigy of Nightmares (2020), and Throne of the Lunar Soul (2023), followed by the 2025 EP Apex Violator. Their sound is characterized by dynamic, melodic compositions that incorporate elements of death metal and symphonic arrangements.
