Atomic Aggressor

Formed in 1985 in Santiago, Chile, Atomic Aggressor is a foundational name in the country's death metal underground. The band was active until 1992 before reuniting in 2007. Their musical style is characterized by a death-thrashing approach, incorporating fluid riffs and themes centered on H.P. Lovecraft, occultism, and anti-Christianity. Following their 2014 debut full-length, Sights of Suffering, the band released their second album, The Occult Forces, in 2026 through Hells Headbangers Records. The current lineup features Alejandro Díaz on vocals and bass, guitarists Julio Bórquez and Enrique Zúñiga, and drummer A. Arkmar.
