Deeds of Flesh

Deeds of Flesh is an American technical brutal death metal band formed in 1993 in Los Osos, California. The group was established by Jacoby Kingston, Erik Lindmark, and Joey Heaslet. The band founded the label Unique Leader Records, which became a platform for various death metal acts. Throughout their career, the band has released multiple studio albums, including Trading Pieces (1996), Inbreeding the Anthropophagi (1998), Mark of the Legion (2001), and Nucleus (2020). Their discography also includes the EP Gradually Melted. Following the death of founding member Erik Lindmark in 2018, the band has continued to operate with a lineup that has included members such as Craig Peters, Ivan Manguia, and Darren Cecsa.
