One Day in Pain is a death metal project based in Stockholm, Sweden. Founded in 2020 by drummer and songwriter Nicke Olsson, the project began as a solo endeavor before evolving into a recording outfit. The band's discography includes the full-length albums Imperial Fires (2020), Doomsday Congregation (2021), In Pain We Trust (2023), and Devouring the Gods (2026). Their musical style is rooted in the foundations of classic Scandinavian death metal, incorporating heavier and more technical elements in later releases.
