Daemonicus

Formed in Umeå, Sweden, in 2006, Daemonicus is a death metal band rooted in the Swedish extreme metal scene. The group has maintained a consistent presence in the genre, releasing their debut full-length, Host of Rotting Flesh, in 2009, followed by the 11th Hour EP in 2010. Their discography includes the 2012 album Deadwork and the 2021 conceptual full-length Eschaton. The band's sound is characterized by traditional death metal elements, often utilizing the HM-2 guitar tone and incorporating melodic structures within their compositions.
