Leper Colony

Leper Colony is an international death metal act formed by German vocalist Marc Grewe (ex-Morgoth, Insidious Disease) and Swedish guitarist Rogga Johansson (Paganizer, Ribspreader). The project emerged from their long-standing friendship and shared dedication to old-school death metal, aiming to synthesize German, Swedish, and classic American death metal styles. Following their 2023 self-titled debut and the 2025 sophomore album Those of the Morbid, the band released their third full-length, Back to Primal Sludge, in 2026 through Testimony Records. Their sound is characterized by a blend of death metal and thrash influences, often incorporating themes related to horror.
