Afgrund

Afgrund is a multinational extreme metal band founded in 2006 in Uppsala, Sweden. The group operates as a collaborative project between musicians from Sweden and Finland, blending elements of death metal, grindcore, and punk. Throughout their history, the band has maintained a consistent output of studio recordings, including the 2018 full-length album The Dystopian and the EP The Relevant, released the same year. Their musical approach integrates aggressive, high-tempo instrumentation with crust and grind influences.
