Temple of Void

Temple of Void is a death/doom metal band formed in Detroit, Michigan, in 2013. The group blends the somber, atmospheric qualities of early British doom metal with the aggressive, power-driven riffing characteristic of old-school American death metal. Their discography includes the 2017 full-length album Lords of Death and the 2023 compilation The First Ten Years. The band’s lyrical themes explore death, horror, and dark fantasy. Throughout their career, the ensemble has maintained a focus on heavy, immersive soundscapes, evolving their approach across multiple studio releases while remaining rooted in the death/doom tradition.
