Thorn

Thorn was a death-doom metal project based in Phoenix, Arizona, active from 2020 to 2025. Operating as a one-man studio entity, the project was founded and performed by Brennen Westermeyer. Throughout its tenure, Thorn explored themes of despair and black magic, releasing a series of full-length albums including Crawling Worship (2021), Yawning Depths (2022), Evergloom (2023), and Nebulous Womb of Eternity (2025). Following the conclusion of this project in 2025, the entity underwent a name change.
