Gateway

Gateway is a death-doom metal project originating from Bruges, Belgium. Formed in 2014, the project operates as a solo endeavor, exploring themes of death, torture, and suffering. Musically, the project blends cavernous death metal with heavy doom elements, characterized by growled vocals and a dark, atmospheric sound. The discography includes several EPs and demos, alongside full-length studio albums. The 2023 release, Galgendood, continues this trajectory, delivering a dense and crushing sonic experience that remains rooted in the traditional death-doom aesthetic.
