Novae Militiae

Formed in Paris, France, in 2009, Novae Militiae is a black metal project centered on themes of Orthodox Satanism, theology, and occultism. The band is known for a chaotic, disharmonic sound characterized by ritualistic atmospheres and violent, abrasive compositions. Their discography includes the full-length albums Gash'khalah (2017), Topheth (2020), and the 2026 release Apocryphon of the Unborn Light. Maintaining a reclusive identity, the entity focuses on a sonic exploration of theological deconstruction and blasphemous narratives, adhering to the stylistic conventions of the French black metal tradition.
