Human Prey

Formed in Leipzig, Germany, in 2010, Human Prey has established itself as a persistent force within the extreme metal underground. Initially conceived with a focus on groove-oriented death metal, the band underwent a significant stylistic evolution, shifting toward the crushing intensity of slam and brutal death metal. Their sound has further expanded over the years to incorporate technical and dissonant elements. Drawing thematic inspiration from cult horror cinema and B-movie classics, the group maintains a relentless approach to their craft. The 2012 demo, May the Hunt Begin..., serves as an early testament to their aggressive trajectory and commitment to the brutal death metal aesthetic.
